IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order, however, a delivery fee based on the location of delivery is required.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Fairytales offers a free initial consultation by appointment. An order may be placed at this consultation, by phone or by email.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Early reservations are recommended to ensure the items are available. An initial nonrefundable payment of 25% is required to make a reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
You may make changes to a reservation any time up until ten days prior to the event. No deletions may be made within ten days, however, you may add items to your order provided they are available.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Fairytales accepts all credit cards, checks and cash. Reserved items are required to be paid in full no later than ten days prior to the event.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR DISHES, GLASSES, FLATWARE AND LINENS?
These items do not have to be washed, however, all food must be rinsed from dishes and flatware. Dishware, glassware and flatware must be returned in the crates provided at delivery. Linens must be free of food. An additional charge will incur for linens with damage due to candle wax, cuts, permanent markers or paint.
